Its aluminum and galvanized steel frame provides wind resistance up to 90 MPH. However, you might prefer a larger coverage area, a fully manual system to reduce complexity, or a different brand entirely.

Some offer larger sizes like 12' x 16' or 10' x 20' for more spacious entertaining areas. Others focus on manual operation with steel or aluminum frames. You can compare these specs to find the best fit for your outdoor space without relying on motorized controls or integrated electronics if those are not priorities.

How each alternative compares
Aoxun Louvered Pergola 12x16 All-Aluminum
This 12' x 16' model trades motorized convenience for a larger manual footprint. It uses an all-aluminum frame, whereas the original mixes aluminum and galvanized steel. You get curtains and netting included, but no built-in power outlet or LED lights. The louvers operate manually via a crank, so you lose the remote control feature. It is heavier at 441 pounds compared to the original's 365 pounds. If you need more shade area and do not mind manual adjustment, this size is practical. It suits larger patios where integrated electronics are not a priority. The lack of motors simplifies maintenance but removes the effortless open-sky capability.
Domi 10x20 Gray Louvered Pergola
The Domi 10x20 offers a significantly larger manual roof for spacious patios. It relies on manual louver control, so you give up the motorized remote and power outlet features found in the original. The frame is designed for high wind resistance and leak-proof drainage, prioritizing durability over automation. It is much larger, measuring 236 inches in length versus 144 inches. You get more coverage area but lose the integrated LED lighting and electrical convenience. This unit is ideal if you want a heavy-duty, static structure for entertaining large groups. It suits buyers who prioritize wind stability and manual control over smart features.
SAILARY 12' x 20' Louvered Pergola
This SAILARY pergola provides a massive 12' x 20' footprint with manual steel louvers. It replaces the original's motorized aluminum system with a sturdy manual mechanism. You gain a much larger covered area, measuring 240 inches wide, but lose all electrical integrations like lights and power outlets. The frame is aluminum, similar to the original, but the louvers are steel. It is designed for large gardens where space is not a constraint. The manual operation means you adjust shade by hand, sacrificing the convenience of remote control. It fits buyers who want maximum coverage and wind resistance without the complexity of motors or wiring.
Aoxun 9' x 12' Motorized Louvered Pergola
This Aoxun model is nearly identical to the original, sharing the 9' x 12' size and motorized features. It includes LED lights and a power outlet, matching the original's spec sheet closely. The primary difference is the model number, suggesting a minor manufacturing variation or batch update. It retains the same 365-pound weight and gray color. You get the same motorized louver control and integrated electrical features. This is a direct alternative if the original is out of stock. It offers the same compact footprint and smart living capabilities. The specs are consistent, making it a safe swap for those who want the exact same functionality.
Aoxun 10x16 Louvered Pergola
This 10' x 16' Aoxun unit offers more space than the original but removes motorized controls. It uses manual louver adjustment, so you lose the remote and power outlet features. The frame is aluminum, and it includes integrated LED lights, retaining some of the original's ambiance options. It is lighter at 250 pounds, making it potentially easier to handle during installation. The height is lower at 87.4 inches. It suits buyers who need a larger area than 9' x 12' but do not require automation. You trade electrical convenience and motorized ease for a bigger, simpler manual structure with basic lighting.
ADRERIC 12x16 Manual Louvered Pergola
The ADRERIC 12x16 provides a large manual shelter with 72 mph wind resistance. It uses an all-aluminum frame and manual louvers, so you give up the motorized remote and power outlet. There are no integrated LED lights, focusing on pure structural durability. It is significantly larger, offering 192 square feet of coverage. The unit is designed for backyards and decks where space is ample. You get a heavy-duty hardtop structure without the complexity of motors or wiring. It suits buyers who want maximum shade area and wind stability without electrical integrations. The manual control is a trade-off for a simpler, more robust build.
