How the alternatives differ
Backyard Discovery Barrington 12' x 10' Cedar Gazebo
The Backyard Discovery Barrington shares the same 12 ft. x 10 ft. footprint and cedar frame as the Arlington. It is slightly lighter at 642 pounds compared to the Arlington’s 726 pounds. The Barrington stands one inch shorter at 119 inches tall. It uses a brown finish instead of walnut. Both models feature hardtop steel roofs and dual cross beams for stability. You should choose the Barrington if you want a similar heavy-duty structure with a different color scheme. It offers the same durable cedar construction for long-term outdoor use.
Aoxun 12' x 16' Wood Gazebo
The Aoxun 12' x 16' gazebo provides significantly more floor space than the 12' x 10' Arlington. It measures 193 inches in length and 146 inches in width. This model uses a double roof style rather than the Arlington’s single peak design. It weighs 370 pounds, which is much lighter than the Arlington’s 726 pounds. The gray finish offers a distinct modern look. You should pick this option if you need extra coverage for a large patio. The wider frame supports more people, though you sacrifice the specific snow load certification of the Arlington.
Oasisphere 10x12 Cedar Wood Gazebo
The Oasisphere 10'x12' gazebo has a similar footprint to the Arlington but is much lighter at 309 pounds. It stands 108 inches tall, making it shorter than the Arlington’s 122 inches. This model features a double roof style and a galvanized steel roof. The natural cedar finish contrasts with the Arlington’s walnut color. You should choose the Oasisphere if you have a smaller patio or poolside area. It offers a sturdy, weather-resistant pavilion for year-round use. The reduced weight makes it easier to handle, though it provides less overall shade area than the Arlington.
Domi 12x14 Cedar Hardtop Gazebo
The Domi 12' x 14' gazebo offers a larger footprint than the Arlington, measuring 157 inches in length. It weighs 454 pounds, which is lighter than the Arlington’s 726 pounds. This model includes netting and curtains for insect protection and privacy. It features a double roof style and a cedar wood frame. You should select the Domi if you host large lawn gatherings and need bug screens. The included accessories add functionality that the Arlington lacks. You will need to stain the wood to maintain its appearance, unlike the pre-finished Arlington.
HOWSVN 13x15ft Cedar Hardtop Gazebo
The HOWSVN 13x15ft gazebo provides the largest floor space in this list, measuring 173 inches in length. It weighs 150 inches in width and stands 120 inches tall. This model includes netting and curtains for added privacy. It features a double roof style and a cedar frame. The grey roof and beige curtains offer a different aesthetic than the Arlington. You should choose this option if you prioritize spaciousness for large family gatherings. It is ideal for expansive patios where extra coverage is necessary. The included features make it a practical choice for entertaining, though it is heavier and larger than the Arlington.
Raysfung 10'x10' Cedar Hardtop Gazebo
The Raysfung 10'x10' gazebo is the most compact option, measuring 114 inches by 114 inches. It stands 112 inches tall, which is shorter than the Arlington. This model weighs only 203 pounds, making it significantly lighter than the Arlington. It includes netting and curtains for ventilation and privacy. The grey frame offers a modern look. You should pick the Raysfung if you have limited patio space but still need durable shelter. It provides a compact outdoor shelter that is easy to manage.
